Geographical Footprint
CGI seeks to invest primarily in gateway urban markets and secondary markets across the United States, the Caribbean, and Canada, that are well-known to us and positioned for strong economic growth. We intend to capitalize on the opportunities that these markets offer to implement investment strategies – Core/Core+, Value-Add and Opportunistic – and reposition under-managed assets to maximize operating cash flows and insulate long-term capital appreciation.
