CGI was honored to receive the 2021 Deal of the Year Award from the National Association of Black Hotel Owners, Operators & Developers (NABHOOD) for a second year. The award was presented to CGI for the acquisition of The Gabriel South Beach at NABHOOD’s 25th Annual International African American Hotel Ownership And Investment Summit. “It is again an honor to be recognized by NABHOOD for this exciting acquisition,” said Raoul Thomas, CGI’s founder and CEO. “CGI is determined to partake in the reinvention of Ocean Drive, helping the area reach its full potential, and committing to broadening the horizons for minorities through ownership in the hotel industry.”
